Return of Goods Procedure
In connection with the withdrawal from the sales contract

Step 1
Complete the returns form* available here and include it in the package along with the returned product. Please note that both the product and the packaging must be undamaged.
* Failure to attach the form will prevent us from carrying out the return procedure!

Step 2
Send an email to: contact@e-doggy.com informing us that your return has been sent*, providing the return label number and a link to the parcel tracking page.
* You send the return shipment via a carrier of your choice and at your own expense.

Step 3
If we accept your return, we will refund you the money (including the costs of delivering the ordered products to you) within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the sales contract.*
*We reserve the right to withhold refund until we receive the returned product from you.

Complaints Procedure

Step 1
Send an email to contact@e-doggy.com informing us of the product defect. A prerequisite for initiating the complaint process is a detailed description of the defect and photos of the defect. Additionally:
- Please complete the returns form if your complaint requires you to return the product.
- Please provide your order number and bank account number for refund if the complaint does not require the return of the product.

Step 2
We will inform you of the outcome of your complaint within 14 days of receiving your message. If your complaint is accepted and you need to return the product, we will email you a return label.

Step 3
Depending on the outcome of the complaint:
- exchange of goods,
- refund,
- price reduction,
- removal of the defect
will take place within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package or from the date of consideration of the complaint.
